Credit Cards and Paypal
We accept credit cards or Paypal as accepted forms of payment. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file) to reduce the likelihood of processing delays. All credit card transactions are handled through Paypal. To pay with credit card, select "by Credit Card via Paypal" at checkout to be directed to Paypal's secure credit card processing page. Paying by credit card in this manner does not require a Paypal account.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day.
- Shipping Locations -- Currently, shipping is limited to the United States only.
- Shipping Costs -- Shipping is free if 2 or more items are ordered. For orders of single units, a shipping fee of $1.95 is automatically added.
- Shipping Methods:
- Orders of 1-2 units ship USPS First Class
- Orders of 3-6 units ship USPS Priority Mail
- Orders of 7+ ship either Priority Mail or UPS depending on destination
Sales Tax
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax where applicable (based on ship-to location).
Returns
We want you to love the Swim and Sip as much as we do. If you're not happy with it, please get in touch via our "Contact Us" links and we will make every effort to help. We will gladly accept the return of products that have any defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for refund or replacement. For other reasons, please get in touch and describe the situation and we will do our best to make it right. We will direct returns to be sent to our Austin, TX location using an individually-assigned return code.
Site Security
All payments are handled by a separate secure connection to Paypal. Both your address and payment information are processed behind securely encrypted connections. Swim and Sip does not store or maintain any payment information.
